Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Unless a different rule is clearly disclosed at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds for the current or past subscription billing periods once billed, including partial-period refunds for unused time.

Permanent credit packs are non-refundable after purchase. Credits are allocated immediately after successful payment and are subject to the credit rules described on the Pricing page and in our Terms of Service.

Unused subscription credits and unused permanent credit pack credits are not refundable. Registration bonus credits and promotional credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

Because the service provides AI-generated outputs that can vary based on source image quality, prompts, settings, and model behavior, dissatisfaction with artistic style, output quality, or subjective preferences does not qualify for a refund.

If you believe you were charged in error, including duplicate billing, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and payment details so we can investigate promptly.

In rare cases of verified billing error or a complete failure to deliver the purchased service, we may choose to issue a refund or account credit at our discretion.

Abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination while the payment dispute is under review.

Accounts restricted or terminated for violations of our Terms, fraud, abuse, or prohibited content are generally not eligible for refunds.
